Hollow Chest of Drawers – Malabar


Hollow is a public artwork, installed in the grounds of Bristol University by the architects Zeller&Moyne and artist Katie Paterson.
It combines different types of wood as well as the artwork which is made up of samples from more than 10,000 tree species. Inspired by this magnificent structure, our design team created something very special and came up with the Hollow modern Chest of Drawers.
The modern chest of drawers is a very special piece to join our World Architects collection. Hollow chest of drawers features some different types of wood, blended with a polsihed brass structure, creating a beautiful landscape suitable to any contemporary home decor. Hollow is part of World Architects Collection.

Structure in polished brass.
Drawers composed of bird’s eye veneer, elm burl veneer, ironwood veneer mosaic, walnut wood veneer, maple root veneer, finished with high gloss varnish. Drawer interiors coated in gold leaf.
