The word gommage comes from the French word that means “to erase.” A gentle form of exfoliator, gommage is a cream or paste that is applied to the body to help slough off dead skin cells. It’s less aggressive than exfoliators with AHA, making it a popular spa treatment.
The Black Sugar Gommage is gentle enough for daily use so you can custom tailor the frequency to fit your ritual. It can be used everyday or just 1-2 times a week.
Designed to be gentle for all skin types. We recommend not using any exfoliant when skin is very irritated (sunburn, eczema, severe acne etc.) and waiting until your skin has had a chance to recover.
How to Use
Scoop gommage into hand with gold spoon. Massage onto damp skin using circular motions over entire body, concentrating on dry areas such as knees, heels, and elbows. Rinse well and pat dry.
